START A GROUP
The Exodus Course is designed to be done either solo or in a group. However, to get the most out of the course we would recommend doing it in a group. All you have to do is organise a few people to join you (3-4 is best), nominate a leader, start a group chat and the course will lead you through the rest.

Each week’s content is made up of 4 parts:
1: A video lesson (which is also made available as a podcast for your convenience)
2: About 1 hour of homework to process the content of the lesson
3: A 1-1.5hr call with your group
4: A daily devotional: a specific time each day dedicated to being with God in the word, prayer and worship.

The course content, including the group call, will take you anywhere between 3-5 hours each week. However, you can do each week’s content at your own pace, as long as it’s before your group meeting. You are also encouraged to spend as much time as you can with the Lord each day through the daily devotional. It’s no small undertaking, but you will get as much out as you put in.

Absolutely! Although this course designed for people who are seeking to overcome sexual sin, the biblical principles and lessons will be helpful for overcoming any sin, especially ones that have become habitual such as substance abuse or food addiction.
